sieht mir eher nach einem Werbefensterchen als nach einer wirklichen Warnmeldung aus.

Wer oder was produziert denn diese Warnmeldung ?
Gibts noch mehr Infos, um was es sich handelt ?
(aktives Programm, Cookie, ...)

Steht das auf dem Desktop und der Hintergrund ist Schwarz.
Wenn ja-- mache einen Virenscan.
Ein Virus hat dann dein Hintergrund Bild durch eine Webseite ersetzt.
