Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit dem DSL Zugang unter Suse Linux 10.1 und KDE 3.51 auf meinem Rechner mit Asus K8N-E Mainboard mit integriertem Netzwerkinterface und einem Teledat 302 DSL-Modem. Achtung: es handelt sich tatsächlich um ein reines DSL-Modem, also keine Routerfunktion ... und zwischen Rechner un DSL-Modem ist auch kein Router. Der Output von ifstatus usw. steht unten Die Installation verläuft erstmal ohne Probleme, der Test bei der DSLKonfiguration während der Insstallation verläuft insofern erfolgreich, dass keine Fehlermeldung kommt. Während der Installation/konfiguration wähle ich folgendes aus: Hostname: mypc Domainname: site Netzwerkmodus: traditionell ohne Netzwerkmanager Firewall: deaktiviert IP: 192.168.1.1 Subnet: 255.255.255.0 als Gerätename im Netzwerk-Konfigurationswindow erscheint als Gerätename erstmal eth-id-00:13:xx:xx:xx:xx (also die HW Adresse des Interfaces) die xx enthalten natürlich korrekte Werte. Nachdem die Netzwerk-Konfiguration abgeschlossen ist, mache ich weiter mit der DSL Konfiguration. Hier erscheint in der Übersicht: unbekanntes DSL-Gerät (PPPoE-artig) erkannt ich wähle dieses dann aus und klicke dann auf HINZUFÜGEN um dann die folgenden Eingaben einzutragen bzw. auszuwählen.. für dsl0: PPP-Modus: PPP over Ethernet Ethernetkarte: steht auf eth-id-00:13:xx:xx:xx:xx wie oben Geräteaktivierung: Falls hotplugged, mit X bei Benutzerdefiniert Weiter, dann mit Provider Auswahl Eigener Provider ( da, mein Provider Avego dort nicht in der Liste ist) Klick auf NEU, womit dann ein Name für die Einwahl vorgegeben wird, nämlich provider0 (dies ist auch nicht änderbar) nun gebe ich den Namen des Providers ein, also Avego, dann den Benutzernamen und mein Passwort. Ich entferne das Häkchen bei "immer Passwort eingeben" und klicke nun auf WEITER um die Verbindungsparameter einzugeben. Hier wähle ich folgendes aus: Avego - Dial on Demand - Während Verbindungsaufbau DNS ändern - DNS automatisch abrufen bei Nameserver gebe ich pro forma folgendes ein Erster: 192.168.1.254 (da, ich keine Informationen von Avegeo hierrüber habe) Zweiter: bleibt leer externe Firewall Schnittstelle bleibt leer idel timeout setze ich auf 600 Sekunden in den IP DETAILS stelle ich folgendes ein: dynamische IP-Addresse Standartroute Danach schließe ich die Konfiguration ab. Es erfolgt nun die oben erwähnte Frage, ob man die Internetverbindung testen will. Dies bejahe ich und die dsl0 Verbindung wird erfolgreich getestet. Nach Abschluss der Installation bootet der Rechner, ich melde mich an und versuche mittels Firefox ins Internet zu kommen.... leider vergeblich. Auch der Versuch mit ifdown und ifup bringt keine Änderung. Ich wäre wirklich dankbar, wenn ich Hilfe bekäme !!!! Der folgende Output ist zu lang (>5000 Zeichen) für die 1. Eingabe, ich füge ihn gleich als nächstes ein, nachdem ich dies hier abgeschickt habe. Danke erst mal !!!
