Hi
Ich habe ne Win XP Pro 64 Bit Version! Habe sie auf ne CD gebrennt.
Jetzt kann ich mit der CD aber nicht booten. Was muss ich tun das es möglich ist??
ps: System ist 64Bit-fähig und First-Bootlaufwerk ist das CD-Rom!

hilfe zur richtigen benutzung von raubkopien wirst du hier kaum bekommen...

Es ist keine Raubkopie, sondern ne gedownloadete Version bei Windows!!!

dann musst du nur die anweisungen befolgen:

die anweisungen sagen eigentlich nur, dass du das image richtig brennen musst. dazu musst du ein extra brennprogramm, wie z.b. nero oder den kostenlose DeepBurner, verwenden.

ich habs zu erst auf der Festplatte gespeichert. Jetzt hatte ich es mit Nero gebrennt und es geht immer noch nicht!

Download the ISO image file from the location indicated in the e-mail message you receive after registering, and save the file to your hard disk.

Using a CD or DVD burner and software, burn the ISO image of Windows XP Professional x64 Edition to a blank CD or DVD. Most CD or DVD burning software will recognize an ISO file. If your software does not recognize this format, you can burn it as a raw data file.
----> nimm z.b. Nero, und such nach "Extras/Image brennen..." dann sag Nero, wo dein download file liegt und brenns auf cd
es wird automatisch ne bootfähige cd erstellt, du brauchst nix weiter einzustellen..........

Wo nehme ich die Datei her die ich zum booten brauche???

ich sagte NICHT "bootfähige cd erstellen"
starte nero, schliesse den wizard, und im MENU unter Extras / Image brennen......
wenn du klickibunti nero smartstart oberfläche hast: geh unter "kopiern und sichern" und nimm "Image auf Disk brennen"

das was du runtergeladen hast ist die ISO datei......man beachte die dateiendung *.iso

@Powie, verzeihe mein unwissen, seit wann außer gerade bei Longhorn/Vista bekommt man ein Image von M$ zum Download. Also dat dürfte doch bei XP nicht mehr möglich sein...
Bitte belehrt mich eines besseren...
