SP 2 Installation funtzt nicht

hallo,
ich möchte service pack 2 installieren, es kommt nach beginn der installation eine fehlermeldung kernel.exe wird benötigt installation nicht möglich was bedeutet das, wie kann ich das problem beheben SP1 ging ohne probleme zu installieren.

Was hast du denn am Laufen, StyleXP oder TuneUp zufällig?

ja ich habe tune up, das bootlogo hatte ich mal geändert habe aber wieder das normale

Da bist du dir sicher?
Schau mal in der boot.ini, ob da vielleicht kernel auftaucht.
