wieso geht mein neuer prozessor nicht auf dem board?

Hallo, ich habe ein M2N SLI Deluxe Mainboard von ASUS und mein neuer Prozessor AMD Phenom 9950 Black Edition geht irgendwie nicht! Laut Herstellerwebseite unterstützt dieses Mainboard ab BIOS Version 1604, das ich ohne Probleme upgedatet habe diesen Prozessor. wenn ich mein Pc starte dann steht im BIOS der Prozessor schon drin also wirde er erkannt. Aber ab ungefähr beim ladescreen von meinem Vista steht:
"Unsupported CPU detected"
"Shutdown System in xx sec."
Habe es auch mehrmals versucht, was soll ich noch machen??
Mein "noch nicht aufgerüstetes" System:
AMD X2 6000+
ASUS M2N SLI Deluxe
ASUS Geforce 8800 GTX
4GB DDR2-800 RAM
Enermax Liberty 620W Netzteil

Möglicherweise hast du einen Treiber installiert, der sich mit dem Phenom nicht verträgt, z.B. ein Overclocking-Tool etc.

Nein habe die 32bit Version und ich habe kein overclocking Tool

Vielleicht hast du den AMD-CPU-Treiber oder ein ähnliches Tool installiert. Dieses solltest du deinstallieren und/oder mit dem Phenom-kompatiblen Tool von der AMD Homepage ersetzen.

Also das heist es gibt 2 versionen von dem Prozessor?? und ich habe die wo nicht auf meinem Mainboard geht?
So ein Müll jetzt habe ich nen Prozessor den ich net benutzen kann!! Der eine 9950 geht und der ander net so ein scheis

Danke Flupo bin jetzt m it diesem Prozessor online =) dieser Trick funzt! Das einzige cpu-Z sagt 2 Cores insgesamt wieso nicht 4?? im taskmanager werden auch nur 2 cores gezeigt

Dass der Rechner jetzt startet, heißt ja noch lange nicht, dass die CPU korrekt erkannt und eingebunden ist.
Die Fehlermeldung kommt ja schließlich nicht ohne Grund.
Bleibt nur zu hoffen, dass ASUS noch ein entsprechendes BIOS-Update herausbringt.
