Picture lt

Frage

Hallo,
hast Du vielleicht Norton Anti Virus installiert? Dazu passt nämlich Deine Fehlerbeschreibung exact. Der Original-Supporttext zu diesem Problem lautet:

Error: "PIP caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL" when closing Microsoft Picture It, Greetings, or Money, and the Norton AntiVirus 2001 Script Blocking feature is enabled

Situation:
After downloading the Script Blocking update for Norton AntiVirus 2001, you see the error message "PIP caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL" when closing the following Microsoft programs:

Microsoft Picture It! Express 2001
Microsoft Picture It! Photo 2001
Microsoft Picture It! Photo Premium 2001
Microsoft Picture It! Publishing 2001
Microsoft Picture It! Publishing 2001 Gold
Microsoft Picture It! Publishing 2001 Platinum
Microsoft Picture It! Publishing 2001 Silver
Microsoft Greetings 2001
Microsoft Money 2000/2001

Solution:
This problem has been reported to Symantec Technical Support, and the cause is unknown. We will continue to track this problem, and this document will be updated if new information or a solution is found.

As a workaround, you may disable the Script Blocking option.

To disable Script Blocking:

1. Start Norton AntiVirus.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Script Blocking.
4. Uncheck "Enable Script Blocking (recommended)."
5. Click OK.
