Photoshop - Bildabspeicherungsproblem

Hallo,
wenn ich in Photoshop ein Bild öffne, es bearbeite und dann das bearbeitete Bild abspeichere, sehe ich in meinem Bilderordner als vorschau aber immer noch das Originalbild !
Was is da los ?

bist du sicher das es das selbe Bild ist ?
vieleicht hast du einmal als .jpg gespeichert
und einmal als .psd und hast das Bild jetzt doppelt.
