ich habs ja schon mal versucht, doch ich muß noch mal fragen. nach ablauf der idle time kickt es den smpppd. hier ein auszug aus dem smpppd log: We are disconnecting. The connection was idle and shut down. pppd: Setting MTU to 1492. pppd: Couldn't increase MRU to 1500 pppd: Connection terminated. pppd: Connect time 63.0 minutes. pppd: Sent 236096 bytes, received 1844920 bytes. pppd: Doing disconnect pppd: Starting link We are connecting. Establishing connection due to activity. pppd: Sending PADI pppd: invalid packet Ether addr: 00:90:1a:40:8a:49 pppd: (PPPOE Discovery) pppd: PPPoE hdr: ver=0x1 type=0x1 code=0xd3 sid=0x7715 length=0x0019 (Unknown) pppd: PPPoE tag: type=0111 length=0015 (Unknown) unrecognized data pppd: Failed to negotiate PPPoE connection: 11 Resource temporarily unavailable We are disconnected. pppd died: Fatal pppd error (exit code 1) kennt einer von euch die schraube an der ich drehen muß? die wanne läuft als server und ich kann nicht auf eine floppy oder mini geschichte ausweichen. das ist jetzt die dritte wanne mit verschidenster hardware auf der ich das prob habe. dsl-prov ist versatel. die /etc/ppp/options habe ich auf susepress niveau (krienke) gebracht. den rest der kleinigkeiten siehe smpppd und dsl im linux forum. schon mal danke
