Touchpad funktioniert nicht mehr richtig

Ich habe ein Acer Aspire 1357 LMi
Seit kurzen funktioniert das Touchpad nicht mehr richtig.
Problem:
Wenn das Notebook einschalte und Windows bootet, dann funktioniert das Touchpad. Ich meld mich dann an, und dann gehts noch ne kurze Zeit, bis alles geladen wurde. Dann plötzlich ist das Ding tot.
Treiber hab ich schon neuinstalliert, hat nichts gebracht.

Schau 'mal ins Ereignisprotokoll - Windows ohne Maus ist schwer!;-)
Vielleicht gibts da einen Hinweis.

hab ich auch schon dran gedacht, aber das wars nicht

Hatte mal ein Problem mit einer extremen Verzögerung des Touchpads. Konnte durch ein Treiberupdate behoben werden. Wenn übrigens meine Funkmaus angeschlossen ist (PS2), ist das Touchpad sehr langsam und funktioniert manchmal auch gar nicht. Kannst ja mal ausprobieren.
