Bitte um C# kompilirung

Hallo,

Könnte mir jemand vllt eine kompilierte Version des hier vorgestellten Tool hochladen:

Ist In C# 2008 geschrieben, das habe ich aber nicht installiert und die VS DVD ist auch nicht in Reichweite...
